The Commander of the Reserve Army was a position in the armed forces of the Imperial States of America, and held responsibilities concerning battalion movements within the homeland territories. The most recent holder of this position was Lieutenant General Richard Shepherd, who defected to the Rebellion to Restore Freedom.
